Booking fee is always charged (even if cancelled): 220:-
Last minute booking (within 72 hrs prior start): 400:-
Note: During June, July and August booking fee: 300:-
During this period we don't garantee last minute booking, but we try.

Consult us for speciall offers if you need to book many guide assignments for the next summer.

Guide Service fees:
Basic fee per assignment, max. duration 3hours 1490:-
Additional fee per commenced hour 490:-
Overtime charge 7pm-8am (per commeced hour): 130:-.
Special holiday fees apply: +50%
1* Holidays: 1/1, 6/1, 6-9/4, 1/5, 17/5, 26-27/5, 6/6, 22-24/6, 3/11, 24-26/12, 31/12

2* Walking tours with more than 45 participants.

Travel allowence: the employer is supposed to reimburse all travel expences in conection with an assignment with the exception of travels within the city limits.
VAT: All fees are in Swedish crowns and the Swedish VAT has to be added in accordance with the law. (25%)
